What is International No Diet Day?

International No Diet Day celebrates body shape diversity and body acceptance. Unhealthy dieting is also discouraged on this day. To sum it all up, International No Diet Day is a day for all of us to embrace our fats!

To commemorate this international day, Jolin from Foundation’s Youth Committee will share her favourite foods with you!
