Professor S. Gopinathan
Academic Director of The HEAD Foundation
Professor Gopinathan obtained his doctorate in comparative higher education and education policy at SUNY, Buffalo, United States. Since 2013, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and he is currently Academic Director at The HEAD Foundation.
He served as the Dean of the School of Education (Mar 1994 till June 2000) and was the former Dean of Initial Teacher Training (July 2000 till 2003), at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University. In this role he had responsibility for departments involved in leadership preparation, early and special needs education, and ICT. He also served as NIE’s representative on the Pre School Qualifications Accreditation Committee.

Following a successful 16-year career in advertising, John Bittleston built and floated Cerebos Pacific Ltd, a food and herbal remedies business based in Singapore with operations in 18 countries around the Pacific Rim.
He went on to sell his food and herbal remedies business, and begin his latest career as an author and mentor. He published four children’s books and became a Mentor in the Singapore Gifted Education Programme.
John developed his mentoring skills by mentoring and coaching clients of all ages and stages, helping them to find their purpose in life – and then achieve it. Besides coaching at a personal level, he also advises many businesses on growth, profit improvement, and product development.
Lee Soo Chye

Soo Chye’s practice encompasses advising corporates (listed and private) and individuals on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including restructuring and compliance, strategies in dispute resolutions, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and mergers and acquisitions as well as management buy-outs.
Over these years, he has worked with many of his clients on issues relating to businesses and estates and has successfully implemented plans that have developed from such considerations, including the setting up of trusts (both testamentary and inter vivos), foundations and charities.
In addition to his role as a Senior Partner at his law firm, he also serves as a legal adviser, or a board / council member on various charitable and non-profit organizations in Singapore.
Cynthia has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held top positions as the EVP of Singbridge Corporate, Executive Director of Retail Services in Knight Frank , GM of the Real Estate Business Unit in NTUC FairPrice, and MD of Cheers Convenience Stores.
Between 2001 and 2011 Cynthia was an MP for the Aljunied GRC where she actively served the underprivileged families, the elderly and the youth.
She believes in adopting new technology to benefit residents and was the first to introduce a pneumatic truck refuse chute collection system for an HDB Block in Toa Payoh. Her belief also led to the development of the first, and now widely used, smartphone app in Singapore for residents to participate in town management.
