Chair Person - Willy Tan
Willy Tan is currently a Financial Services Director at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. He is also the Co-founder of Mirage Labs – a Digital solutions development house that supports companies specifically for their digital transformation endeavors.
In more recent years he has been deeply involved in bringing industry 4.0 to help transform manufacturing across different sectors via Mirage Labs.
He often speaks of the impact of industry 4.0 on national economies and future workplace as the Chairman of SG100 Foundation.
Willy is a strong believer in giving back especially in the education sector and was conferred (National university of Singapore his alma mater) Dean’s circle Lifetime Ambassador in 2017: a recognition of his major cash gifts to sponsor Faculty scholarships. He also sits on the board of Dunman High School a TOP tier integrated Program high school.
Willy Tan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Masters in Industrial Systems Engineering both from National University of Singapore.
He is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Financial Planner.>
He is also a Harvard Business School alumnus having completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School Boston campus.

Dennis Ng
Founder
Dennis Ng is the founder SG100 Foundation, born out of a vision that he had when he was attending an SG50 event and also inspired by his personal hero the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew and his team of founding fathers.
He is a pioneer and veteran in private education industry, born & educated in Singapore.
Vernon Yim
Co-Founder & Youth
Vernon is the co-founder of the ground-up initiated SG100 Foundation. With his years of experience managing and engaging youths, he advocates the empowerment of youths in injecting values and purpose in their endeavors. Tapping on his prior partnerships in business strategizing and the financial sector, he channels his resources and experience to create developmental opportunities and models for youths to be involved in and benefit from.
In his pursuit for personal development, he enjoys travelling extensively to seek greater exposure to various life experiences as he meets new people and explore new places. An ideal to see the world from the perspectives and encounters of others.
Keith Tan
Treasurer
Keith has over 25 years experiences in the Electrical & Electronics fields from onshore, offshore, and marine industries.
His experiences in various MNC covers business development, strategize planning on new market penetration mainly Asian countries.
His current responsibility is to lead the Business Strategy development by strong collaboration with partners.
Keith is responsible for strategy execution, implementation, and collaboration of go-to-market blueprint on consultant support/specifications. He maintains a sustainable, structured transaction strategy and implements interventions and business transformation. He champions the company’s sales and marketing excellence support to transform the GREEN PLAN businesses blueprint to Inspire his company’s growth.
He is also the Vice President of the Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management Group (TESM) of Singapore Institute of Management Society (SIMSOCIETY). He is the co-founder of Social enterprise SG100 Foundation LLP.
Yuantai
Public Relation
Yuantai is the founder of Happy Retirement Tribe and the Happy Man Club. He is a life coach and financial adviser, and his mission in life is to help people to retire happily.
He has been serving in the grassroots for over a decade, mentoring youths and leading projects to reach out to the needy in the community.
Yuantai is a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, on top of having a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy).
Eugene Seah
Membership
Eugene is the Founder of Trainium Academy, a boutique training consultancy specialising in leadership and personal branding. He is highly regarded for his expertise in communication, leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship, and is often interviewed on radio and in the newspapers. Recently he was invited to share his parenting views on Channel 5’s Talking Point.
He has also trained hundreds of primary and secondary school students on communication and leadership, tertiary students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and professionals on personal branding.
Spencer Soh
Events
Spencer Soh is a seasoned professional conference organizer with more than 8 years of industry experience. Specializing in both Engineering and Government related conferences & events.
As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), he is driven by the passion for events and relishes in master planning, developing and implementing innovative events and concepts that inspire, stimulate and engage participants.
Being part of the SG100 Foundation EXCO would give me the opportunity to actively contribute back to the community.
