At Sg 100 foundation, we believe strongly in the mentoring and guiding of next generation of leaders. Here are some of our volunteers who have stepped up to mentor our youths. If you are keen to join us on this fulfilling journey of mentoring (minimum commitment – just 45 minutes of zoom session with a potential mentee), simply fill in an interest form at the bottom of the page!

Anand is currently the Alliance Relationship Director for Microsoft at Ernst & Young Singapore. He has 20+ years of global experience in the technology sector. He holds an MBA from ISEAD, Masters from NUS and Bachelors in Engineering from NTU.
His work experience include Business Manager at SAP (7 years), Retail Program Manager at Microsoft (2 years), Channel Strategy Manager at Nokia (4 years), Software Engineer at Crimsonlogic (3 years) and Security Consultant at Netrust (3 years). He also tried his hand at entrepreneurship for 2 years with his last mile delivery ecommerce startup Shoppire much before Uber Grab and Deliveroo were household names. He has lived and worked in India, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Finland and London which has shaped his understanding and appreciation of different cultures.
Anand is looking forward to mentoring the future generation navigate the various career and academic choices they are about to make.
Dr Anita Nazareth
Anita Nazareth is currently an independent education consultant with over 35
years’ experience working in the education development and training sectors.
Her work experiences include full-time advisory, management and research
positions with: The Abu Dhabi Education Zone, U.A.E. (2001-06); The
Commonwealth Secretariat (London, U.K.- 1991-96); The World Bank
(Washington D.C.-1982-90); and SEAMEO-INNOTECH (Manila, The Philippines –
1979-81) as well as working on projects with the Governments of Indonesia,
India, Pakistan, Uganda, United Arab Emirates and Oman.
She has lived in seven countries due to her family’s diplomatic postings.
She is an advocate of innovative skills upgrading of educators capable of
promoting a Positive Mindset in all learners and incorporating transversal (21 st
Century) skills to result in generations ready to meet the evolving needs of a
competitive work place and a growing nation.
Eugene is the Founder of Trainium Academy, a boutique training consultancy specialising in leadership and personal branding. He is highly regarded for his expertise in communication, leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship, and is often interviewed on radio and in the newspapers. Recently he was invited to share his parenting views on Channel 5’s Talking Point.
He has also trained hundreds of primary and secondary school students on communication and leadership, tertiary students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and professionals on personal branding.
Dr Estelle Wang Yi
Dr. Yi (Estelle) Wang has been working as Head of Product Cybersecurity & Privacy Office (PCSO) Singapore at Continental Automotive since July 2016 (with a 2008 Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore). Dr. Wang is leading three teams: the automotive advanced research and governance team, consulting and engineering team, and the security operations team. In addition, she is with deep knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 based on physically participating in working group meetings. She is an expert with cybersecurity industrial standards, e.g., ISO 2700x and ISO 26262. She is familiar with data protection and privacy regulations: GDPR and Asia regional regulations (Singapore PDPA and Chinese PIPL).
Dr. Wang is honored with “Top Women in Security ASEAN 2021” 2021 and 2022 (Singapore, Phillips, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Thailand), “Top Women in Security – Singapore Country Award” and “Top 20 Women in Cybersecurity Singapore 2020” by Public Security Society. She brought the know-how to the Singapore Cybersecurity ecosystem through guest lectures with the Singapore Institute of Technology in 2019. She is motivated to be valuable in various domains, actively contributing to her company, the IEEE non-profit community, and the Singapore eco-system. She firmly believes that investing effort in mentoring and coaching young talents will contribute to creating a better future.
With more than 20 years of experience in various embedded security topics, she is active in academic activities, has published more than 50+ international top journal/conference papers, and holds 13 industrial patents. She was Chair of the IEEE Circuit and System Society (CASS) chapter Singapore 2022-2023, Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuit and System II 2020-2022, and Chair for IEEE Standard of Hardware Security under IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Standards Activities Subdivision.
Hung Q Nguyen
A seasoned Supply Chain professional with over 20 years of experience, boasting an impeccable track record in successfully building and transforming organisations to achieve exceptional results. This expertise spans the Consumer Goods industry across multiple Countries and various Supply Chain functions.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Data Analytics, and E2E Enterprise Planning Transformation Leader for Asia-Pacific at Estée Lauder Companies, I spearhead the Business Planning process, shape the 3-year E2E Enterprise Planning capabilities roadmap, and oversee management of Demand Planning, Data Analytics, and Transformation teams.
My mission is to cultivate capabilities, foster high-performing teams, and drive strategic goals to deliver exceptional customer value. Infused with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence, I bring diverse perspectives to the organization. Utilizing critical thinking, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership, I consistently deliver insights, recommendations, and solutions that elevate the corporation’s performance and competitiveness.
Jackie is a marketing professional with a strong background in digital and content marketing, creative operations, and business development across the APAC region. Her experience spans across award-winning creative agencies, marketing leadership in one of the top banks, tech platforms, as well as training and consulting in the field of digital and content marketing.
In her free time, she finds joy in volunteer initiatives like TEDxSingapore, and mentoring underserved teenage girls.
Dr Lilian Koh
Ministry of Education for 17 years before teaching postgraduate courses at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
She was Faculty Associate at A*STAR and Principal Investigator of research grants at NTU. She is the Founder and Chair of the Fintech Academy in Singapore, which spearheads talent development programmes and certifications for fintech, in collaboration with universities. She is Advisor to the Institute of Blockchain Singapore. She is also the Director of the Center for Research and Innovation @ NTUitive, a spin-off of NTU and was the Chair of the Center of Financial Education at NTU in partnership with Citi and SGX. She was Advisor of NTU Investment Club too.
Appointed International Consultant by the World Bank, she was also consultant to National Healthcare Group, Pearson, Citigroup and UNESCO. She was also Research Director for Curtin, Singapore.
Dr Koh is the editor and co-authored “Singapore: The Fintech Nation”, one of the first books about Singapore’s financial technology journey and the first International Handbook of Financial Literacy by Springer.
Dr Koh was also the Speaker on Future Ready Skills @ Talent Pavillion Singapore Fintech Festival 2021.
Lokesh Rajendrababu Psai
Lokesh is a chartered Accountant with a decade of experience in
handling compliances of SMEs and corporates alike. He has
coached and mentored thousands of students and CA aspirants
during his stint as an instructor and continues to inspire young
minds. He has imparted his knowledge to prestigious B-Schools
like Lovely Professional University, Amity University, LIBA and St.
John’s College of Commerce.
Also imparting financial management insights at corporates like
Standard Chartered Bank and Johnson Controls India.
Believing in the idea that a businessman armed with the
understanding of numbers has a significant advantage over his
competitors, Lokesh went on a mission to MAXIMIZE PROFITS of
businesses and continues that journey.
He has served as the National Treasurer at the Professional
Speakers Association of India and was a member of the Standards
on Auditing Committee of the SIRC of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. A regular contributor to the monthly
bulletin of Chartered Accountants Study Circle.
As the profit maximizer, he helps businesses pull simple levers of
finance, like cost and tax, and maximize their profit.
Nita is a proud mother of 2 adult boys whom are the very reason she holds her head up high. The journey was definitely not an easy one.
In spite of having all the qualifications of an MBA as well as the various diplomas obtained, one is never ready for what life throws at you. If there is one thing that has stood firm with her in her approach to youth, is that of values. Truth, peace, right conduct, nonviolence and love. This has also translated in how the business is run.
As an entrepreneur, selling leather shoes for men. She has managed to keep the business afloat during the most challenging times of Covid. These 5 pillars have built the foundation on which her family stand and it is with these values that she puts herself forth as a mentor to youth. Her children are her best testimonials.

Roshini has been in corporate training for over 23 years and trained in over 10 countries. Often complimented for her energy, enthusiasm and engaging style, she has been effectively skilling people in the areas of Business Presentations, Customer Service, EQ, New Manager Development and Leading effective CHANGE. Roshini has also been actively involved in the DESIGN process of workshops on Optimism and Resilience, Customer Service and Communication.

Her eclectic and “colourful” career path to get to where she is makes her an ideal coach for those who do not yet know what their “career path” is. A PROFESSIONAL member to the Asian Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), she has served on the Executive Committee (EXCO). Roshini currently resides in the vibrant city of Singapore with her husband and 17-year old son, who is a theatre practitioner and singer-song-writer and future rock star. Much to her delight!
Saim Yeong Harng
Saim is a corporate professional turned entrepreneur. He successfully built an institution-backed startup, launched the product, scaled the venture, and subsequently sold the business.
Actively engaged in the community, Saim is a member of the Young Business Leader Network within the Singapore Business Federation. Additionally, he holds the position of independent director in non-profit organizations dedicated to empowering women and children.
Beyond his ventures and mentorship, Saim is a certified agile coach, bringing a dynamic approach to leadership and organizational agility. He frequently shares his insights on venture building and offers a forward-thinking vision for the industry at prestigious events.

Sureish brings more than 30 years of an array of extensive regional business experience and a proven track record in leading organizations through business turnarounds, organizational transformation and change, opening new (emerging) markets, managing diverse crosscultural teams and delivering business growth.
Sureish has spent the last 20 years in Human Capital Development. During this time, he has held leadership roles including the Vice President of APAC for the Center for Creative Leadership, the Head of the Asia HR Practise for CEB (now Gartner), Managing Director of DDI Singapore, and most recently the Managing Director of Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) Singapore. Prior to this, Sureish was in regional business development in the technology sector for emerging markets in Asia with Hewlett Packard. Sureish is also an experienced and passionate leadership consultant and executive coach, certified in several 360 and personality instruments.
Sureish is married with a teenage son. His other passions include composing and producing music with his son, as well as coaching and playing football, having represented Singapore in the U-16, U-18 and Youth national teams.
Suchi is passionate about Youth Mentoring, Coaching and social projects. A spirited and engaging facilitator, Suchi taps on Design Thinking, Change Management and Innovation mindsets to enable individuals to be self-reflective, creative and independent thinkers with a bias to action. She blends her go-getting, solution-focused energy with empathetic coaching with spontaneity and a touch of humour.
Boey TK is an Executive Coach with deep experience in unleashing the potential of professionals. He is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coaching Federation, Certified, Certified Pearls Professional Coach, and a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Team Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
Boey TK started his career in hospitality and has indepth
experience in both the front and back of the house in the hotel. And later moved to a pivotal business management role in the private sector.
In 2018, Boey made a transition into coaching after experiencing the positive impact of
coaching and talents of organisations he has worked in, thrive.
Boey TK utilizes a holistic approach to executive coaching. By understanding the unique
needs and aspirations of each client, he tailors his coaching strategies to address their

Willy Tan is currently a Financial Services Director at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. He is also the Co-founder of Mirage Labs – a Digital solutions development house that supports companies specifically for their digital transformation endeavors.
In more recent years he has been deeply involved in bringing industry 4.0 to help transform manufacturing across different sectors via Mirage Labs.
He often speaks of the impact of industry 4.0 on national economies and future workplace as the Chairman of SG100 Foundation.
Willy is a strong believer in giving back especially in the education sector and was conferred (National university of Singapore his alma mater) Dean’s circle Lifetime Ambassador in 2017: a recognition of his major cash gifts to sponsor Faculty scholarships. He also sits on the board of Dunman High School a TOP tier integrated Program high school.
Willy Tan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Masters in Industrial Systems Engineering both from National University of Singapore.
He is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Financial Planner.>
He is also a Harvard Business School alumnus having completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School Boston campus.
Yuantai is the founder of Happy Retirement Tribe and the Happy Man Club. He is a life coach and financial adviser, and his mission in life is to help people to retire happily.
He has been serving in the grassroots for over a decade, mentoring youths and leading projects to reach out to the needy in the community.
Yuantai is a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, on top of having a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy).
